You know my first reaction was HELL YEAH! Ratchet and Clank is one of the greatest platforming titles EVER

But the more I think about it the more it doesn't seem necessary. There's already been SO many games in the series and the 3rd one so far on the PS3 alone (4th if you count Quest for Booty) is set to release this fall. I really think that franchise has hit oversaturization point a bit and that after All 4 One they should give the franchise a rest for 3 years or so.

Horrendously untrue. Going and Commando and Up Your Arsenal are miles above anything the series has done on the PS3.

Absolutely. The PS2 ones are the high point of platformers on a sony console. I can understand if someones doesn't like the series at all because of taste but liking the ps3 ones better than the first entrys? NO!

I do have Quest for Booty, but I thought pulling the PS3 HDD would have been a bit extreme. Also, I'm missing the PS2 ports of the PSP games.

I do have to agree with decoyoctopod. Up Your Arsenal and Going Commando were fantastic, and two of my favorite games ever. I was on my fourth play through of UYA (to unlock and max out everything) when I accidently saved over my file. I still haven't gotten over that.

I would love to see them coming on ps3. Up your arsenal is still my fav. R&C game of all time. Some of the most amazing and kooky weapons in gaming history.
