Yep, I pretty much remember them being the owner or something, unless it was just ownership of Fatal Frame IV.  Actually it might just be the ownership to Fatal Frame IV.

Well the good thing about sony is they are willing to let Atlus handle localization! (Demon Soul reference).

I never finished Fatal Frame 4, stuck on one puzzle and couldn't get it to work because of the language barrier. I would check on guides and walkthroughs for it but just didn't feel like doing that, the game was not really that enjoyable when I was running around clueless and didn't understand a thing about whats going on >_>
