Of course, it's still a "hardcore" console, but that's why they MS is trying to broaden the types of games released for it here. Having a broader selection can help the 360 expand (even if only slightly) their userbase here.
It would probably be best for Namco to do what they did with ES, release it on the 360 first as a timed exclusive (so they get $$ from MS) and then release it on the PS3 later which would probably put it out after FF13 (barring delays).

Damn it! I got caught! Hehehe...well, actually the game IS for the Xbox 360. If you have Firefox, go to the Tales Channel and the Tales of Vesperia page. Check the code with javascript. It mentions the Xbox 360 everywhere.
Maybe the Namco guys found out Motoi Sakuraba had put the Xbox 360 info and told him to take it out. Why they'd want to keep it secret? I don't know.
Listen, I want the game to be on the Wii even more than Soriku but I'm not a denial guy. The hints are too big to ignore.
Now, if all of these "confirmations" (Read the topic name: "CONFIRMED" is between aphostrophes because it's not officially confirmed by Namco yet. That's what I tried to mean at least. I'm sorry it didn't work the way I wanted it to work out) turn to out to be invalid and the game is for Wii, I'll be extremely rejoiced. If it's for the PS3, not as much since I want it to be on the Xbox 360 rather than the PS3.
Ehm, no one read my post, except of Soriku, the platform confirmation behind the title is "gone", see for yourself. Not sure what that means now

this is exactly what happened to eternal sonata in the ESRB site.
first they show it then they take it off.
Though i am still hopiing itll make its way to the ps3, maybe even with more content.
i already own 2 consoles, i would really hate to buy another one...

People should stop denying it and accept it that this is indeed coming for the 360.
