Like many, I didn't get the popup to get my OST shipped. The page is now updated to say that the OST will ship to everyone who registererd the game (by midnight of June 20 PST). Does this mean that there is no action required on my part, and that everything is going to be handled automatically or do I still need to contact Nintendo support to get it taken care of?

No idea, but it wouldn't hurt to find out by calling.
