Forums - Sony Discussion - Sony always improves Nintendo's innovations

It's funny how people can go the extra mile to shift blame. Sony strait up stole Nintendo's idea and didn't think twice. They took ball and ran with it and didn't look back. But that no longer mean anything today but if Nintendo had done that I would strait up call them out on it. To try and put it up with something that hardly resemble a remote is not fair. Playstation's move resemble the Wii remote.

yeah dude nintendo was completely original that thing on the left that nintendo copied doesn't exist because you refuse to aknowledge it... what happened here is obviously a simple evolution of technology datasoft originally came up with the idea, nintendo improved on it and finally sony put their own spin on it... but whatever i suppose its up to you to aknowledge reality or believe what you want to believe

edit : btw heres a bonus

but then released the Move controller that is more precise and better for motion gaming than Wii's controller (even with Wii motion plus) and also made nunchuck controller wireless.

Move isn't more precise than motion plus, under some cirumstances move has a advantage (for example it can recognize where the position of the player in front of the TV) but when you look at the full experience the wii controls are more precise (for example the pointer controls are a lot of faster and precise) than move.

I am happy that my Nunchuk is not wireless! Don't want another device that eat batteries. If you want, there are add ons to make the nunchuk wireless.

ps3 controllers run on laptop batteries, meaning you never replace the batteries, you just plug it in when they are running low on power, not to mention that you can just use the dual shock instead of the "navthing" .. And the move is difinitively more precise than the wii controller. This is clear in it's execution in games as compared to the wiimotion plus games.. that atleast i've played. There will always be bad games, but it just feels more natural when you use it, thats a testiment to it's capabilities. As an adult with a decent sized living room i'm also happy i'm actually able to sit in the couch or stand in the back of the room when using the move controller. The wii mote spazms out if it's too far from the sensor thing.

Check out my game about moles ^

This! *shakes head*

As if Sonys' ridiculous attemps to explain the shift in direction towards "motion-gaming-like-Wii-but-more-revolutionary" wasn't embarrassing enough. Now the "FANS" come up with comparisons like this digisoft-dildo...madness...unbelievable...ignorant...wow!

z101 is full of crap, i doube he even usese the Move, i play KZ3 and Goldeneye and they both work very well. IMHO, the Move works better because the camera does a better job of tracking than the sensor bar, i find that with the Move i dont have to do that much adjustments to get the pointer controls just right. I hate that the wiimote usese batteries, it sucks that i have to keep buying double a batteries all the time, but to each his own

Please for the sake of the environment and your wallet purchase rechargeable batteries or Wiimote recharge kit.  You don't have to keep buying double AA batteries then.  I use energizer rechargeable and while they last about a week or two of heavy play I can just recharge them in about 20 mins (they go bad after about 1.5-3 years).  Just because Nintendo didn't provide an internal rechargeable battery doesn't mean you can't buy a rechargeable battery...   It will save you a lot of money in the long run.
