I have some disturbing information everyone!!!

Here are numbers I've found using the nifty adjust by post count feature on the forums now.

Every E3 we have threads for each companies press conference...SONY's have declined since 2009!!!!!!!1211313

Given below are posts for each E3 thread of SONY's since 2007. (click on threads to get to the page of the threads)

2007 SONY E3 Conference Thread -- 752 Posts (55,138 Views)

Every saga has its beginning and this thread was HUUUUUUUGE for its time. The massive amount of views points to loads of lurkers!

2008 SONY E3 Conference Thread -- 603 Posts (29,418 Views)

In 2008 E3 had become scaled down severely, this led to lack of response and interest....and led to a decrease in posts.

2009 SONY E3 Conference Thread -- 1296 Posts (39,928 views)

A massive increase over 2008, as E3 came back to being "huge" and 2008 is seen as the year VGC's best members joined who were all in full form in 2009....2009 was a legendary year for Vgchartz!!!!!

2010 SONY E3 Conference Thread -- 1193 Posts (25,377 Views)

A decline to be sure of!!! And a massive decline in views too. No-one knows why this happened, post PS3's slim launch in 2009 and the forums growth one would have expected a YOY increase here, but it was not to be seen! The decline had begun!

2011 SONY E3 Conference Thread -- 1069 Posts (12,536 Views)

Disaster strikes us...DESPITE a new handheld reveal and new system price reveal we see a decline!!! The posts decreased by quite a bit....but the viewing decrease is alarming, its at an ALL TIME LOW.

Why have we seen such declines in the E3 SONY threads? The view decline and post decline is alarming!

Kidding aside, I think the site has not the same traffic as the previous years.

Because we've lost posts such as "OMG, ______ will save the PS3!"...must have been a few of those after every single announcement back then.

I think due to the new site, a lot of users might not be ready to fully accept it, and have left. Or maybe because I made it! :P

Well outside of like five individuals (which would include me, that came in 2007-2009), most nintendo fans left during 2010. Nintendo fans either become two things on this site: Depressing, or are leaving (the rare ones that don't leave, decrease posts for example Soriku).

I'm a rare breed that is Nintendo-Sony gamer, so I can't be depressed ever! :P
