Sumioni seems like a divisive game, some people really enjoy it and some people really don't. I'm waiting a week or so for the inevitable letsplays that pop up on youtube to judge it better by, no offense Runa ^-^.

has anyone actually bothered to download the free AR game that use the cards.

No it's fine, you should never form your opinion based on ONE reviewer.  Besides, you should, as a reader, READ the review instead of looking at the score so you can understand WHY they scored it as they did, what they liked about it, what they didn't, and whether you agree.  What one person values is not what another will always value.  Some people rely on multiplayer, while others don't think it should be factored in.  Read the review, see what they say about it, and form your own extrapolations based on more than just the score :P

But I agree, game's pretty divisive.  Even I'm torn about it.  great idea, great abilities, great options, you could argue great replay value...but clunky controls, short game, poorly told plot (for the most part), and the game is jsut so short.

It's a half and half thing for me.

**PS** I'm on my fifth playthrough of the game and I've only got 2/6 of the endings.  getting the different endings is tough, not gonna lie.

My Console Library:

PS5, Switch, XSX

PS4, PS3, PS2, PS1, WiiU, Wii, GCN, N64 SNES, XBO, 360

3DS, DS, GBA, Vita, PSP, Android

Heh I'm a weird person who watches lets plays vs reading reviews to  gauge how I'd like something. I can be told the atmosphere of a game is  tense because of factors x, y and z but I feel better if I can watch a bit of  a game being played and see how the audio and visuals resonate with me first.  I miss the prevalence of demos being released a lot since  they are usually my other/ better way to figure out how I feel about a game. I  mean I loved the look/sound of touch my katamari but the demo  let me find out that the gameplay just didn't click with me like i thought it would. I may give it another shot someday but for now it's in my " not interested" list.

Sumioni taunts you to  keep playing  with the promise of a better  ending lol.

BTW how are you finding the  rub the back of the vita to get more ink gimmick ?

I'm not sure if you guys have seen this but it's quite a good video.

everybody keep up the good work, love the content.

will Mr. Pie consider getting a Vita?

I like it, but it seems to not always work. even when standing still, sometimes it doesnt work.

Where did you find that? some source could be cool so we can compare with the reviews out there...

Here is the full review I mentioned:

I had not heard of this site before, but every opinion is useful right now.

Thanks for the effort, Runa!

You're welcome! =) It looked like an interesting game so I wanted to share some gameplay with this thread.

Thank you, NintendoPie. Gravity Rush is my most anticipated game. <3

Two more stars and I'll 100% complete Escape Plan. I loved every second of it.

i did, cliff diving is actually fun. i tried all of them but deleted them cause my card is only 8gb and it wasnt worth keeping. you should try all of them though, it's at least interesting to see.

David Cage on PS Vita and PS4

When asked if he balances his work around console cycles, Cage replied: “The hardware doesn’t matter that much. I think what we do would work very well on a Vita. It could be shorter, episodic and something you just play for ten minutes at a time.[...]".

Do it, do it now! Would like a Quantic Dream game on PSVita.
