O: Heya everyone, Cloudman here. So I recently got a Vita and I was wondering if I could get some help from you all. I was wondering if you could recommend me any Japan-only Vita games. I want to grab some, but I`m not sure which ones are worth getting. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You mean games that are not getting localized ? I would have recommened Dangan Ronpa : another Episode, Sen no Kiseki & Sen II, digimon, but they all got announced for localization.

Zero no Kiseki and Ao no kiseki are great JRPGS, my favorite in the kiseki series from Falcom. If you like hunting games ,God Eater 2 is a great game that is story driven and got tons of free update content(there is also Phantasy Star Nova but its much inferior to GE2 in my opinion).

There are some other noteworthy games like the super Robot wars(SRPGs) and Gundam Breaker(action) titles. These I have not played but heard good things about.

Yeah, I mean games not getting localized, haha. The Dangan games are def ones I`m grabbing later when I head back home. I heard they were like the Ace Attorney games, so I can`t say no to that. x )

Is there a difference between the 2 kiseki games? It looks like they are different versions of the same game..? I`ll give that one a look.

I heard there is an updated version of GE2, but I haven`t been able to see it... Rage Burst I think..?

I`m not so much a big fan of robot games, but I can check them out at the stores. :3

I misunderstand your question. I thought you meant by localized games

But yea....I really loved JRPGs since I grew up with them

Zero Escape 3!!! OMG!!! I never though we'd see a third installment.

Yes they are 2 different games, Zero no kiseki is the first entry and Ao is the sequel. They both constitute a dualogy.Sen and Sen II and the still unannounced sequel are another trilogy for the series. Each Dualogy/trilogy takes place in the same world but in different locations. The series has a giant overreaching plot that spreads through all the games, though each dualogy/trilogy has its own story that can be played alone.

Some screenshots from Zero I took if you want to see :

As for God Eater 2 Rage burst, it already released in japan a couple months ago. The recently announced God Eater is a remake for the first game releasing in October.

Is that how the look on the Vita in game? If they do, it looks really cute! I gotta get a copy of one now... Should I get both?

Also, I can`t seem to find Rage Burst in stores! What`s up with that..?? x (

Yeah, the games look really nice. I'm biased since I bought all the games in  the series multiple times lol, but yeah if you like ancient technology, mysterious organizations, witches, magic , super powers etc... then you'll like the games. Keep in mind they are story heavy, os they start out slow, but get more epic as you go along.

One more pic for the road :p

I don't know about GE 2 being in store since I bought it from Play-asia, but thats surprising since the game is popular.

Well dang, after that pic, I can`t say no. It makes me think of the old RPGs I loved as a kid. : P

I`ll look at for that one and GE:RB2
