An easy though time-consuming platinum is probably the only reason you'd think about the vanila game. And I'm not sure about Delta, but the online community in Soul Sacrifice is still there and you can find people to play with 24/7, which is important, cause it's a totally different game online.

 

@Great Edo Blacksmith - could someone make a list of all Vita pedo games? I wonder how many are there and how many made it to the West. I hope this one does!

My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/

My consoles: PS2 Slim, PS3 Slim 320 GB, PSV 32 GB, Wii, DSi.

Cheers, that's just what I needed to know.  I'll skip it then - I've ordered Delta from Play-Asia (though it hasn't even shipped yet and I ordered it 2 weeks ago), I'll just wait for that and hope the 28th hurries up so I can get Freedom Wars ^^

I really need to invrstigate the English physical releases. I know SAO is and now also the the Western release has the same awful translation hahah.

I looked it up on Play Asia and there is indeed a physical English Soul Sacrifice Delta.

I'm still willing to splurge on a physical copy though

DLC won't work unless your account is connected to Asian PSN.

But I'm not too fussed with DLC in all honesty.  I doubt I'll finish all the content in the base game.

Oddly, for the US version, the dlc is actually tied to the update. That is, you don't download dlc from the store, but redeem it ingame after the update.  I'm not sure about the asian version. But the online pass, if there's one probably won't work either way.
