You need the latest OFFICIAL firmware on the consoles to have access to your account, just forget about eCFW, you can't get to work unless you find a vita with 3.01 or patiently hope they found another exploit in another psp game and of course in the meantime you must not update, because staying old gives you higher chances. I don't know about ban for PS Vita but with PS3 if I connect even if faking my FW version I will get banned instantly, that's why I used to have TWO different PS3s. But Vita hack is just a PSP EMU hack, is it worth?

I know that the lastest fw is needed to access PSN. And to play some emulators, I don´t see why not. I liked the overclock feature on the PSP that allowed some games to run more smoothly, like I did it with Colin Mcrae Rally 2005 plus, it was sluggish at 222mhz but great at 333mhz. Other cool thing was a plugin that allowed the composite tv-out cable to play games on a tv, something that wasn´t allowed with normal fw.

I wished it would be possible to overclock the Vita just enough for some games to play better.

the composite thing was allowed by psp 3000 via hardware, the fusa plugin is terrible, I dont's see why you want to change the clock on the vita, even on oem pc they don't allow you to do so, on psp only a few games used the feature officially and it was hidden from the user, maybe some games already set different clocks for vita, but it always not a good thing to overclock, a console especially.
You too played the laggy New Little King's Story? Anyway the psp homebrews runs much faster on the vita than on a real  psp at default, if you really want this you may want to check Wololo's blog often.

Persona 5 on PS3, I won't need next gen!

Didn´t know about the psp 3000, I had a 2000, which didn´t allow afaik. The fusa plugin was really laggy to be honest, and I didn´t play much in a TV anyway. The CFW on the PSP has a sub menu that had the option to change the clock in both game in XMB, both are set to default (the game itself sets the clock) but some games like CMR 2005+ the default was 222mhz and lagged a bit so I put in 333mhz to improve performance. I only causes problems if clocked beyond maximum, that is 333mhz, so it wasn´t a problem as I always kept at that value when I needed more performance (except the battery would drain faster).

I didn´t play that game, was it that laggy? Anyway I have some that need a bit of a boost like Worms Revolution and F1 2011 for example, they usually lag a bit.

And I already knew about Wololo and visit it often, but I haven´t got the chance to have an exploit game in time. And another problem is that it cannot connect to the internet afterwards right? At least not to update the fw so I´m not yet sure if I want to do it.

Hey anyone here want to do a few rounds of Soul Sacrifice Multiplayer with me right now? I really would like to see how efficient it would be to play with people from my friendslist where we can actually communicate strategies.

I've had a few really good matches with strangers where we moved as one.
-Player 1 Use Time Magic to stop Archfiend
-Player 2 Using Group Heal Spell to counter act P1's health depletion
-Player 3 Summons Golems to lay onslaught on Archfiend, Then barrage with same element
-Player 4 Supplements Team by Assist Damage Dealing and Fending off small enemies.

In those few fights we ran like a well oiled machine......it was beautiful. I want to experience that again!

Edit: My PSN is ForeverCloud

I was thinking about playing some Soul Sacrifice lately. Maybe we'll manage to play soon :)

Sweet. lemme know when u want to.

You know I was thinking........wouldn't Soul Sacrifice make an awesome Anime? The game is ripe with lore that can be linked into all sorts of stories. Especially the concept of people losing their sense of who they are the more they sacrifice(and in turn absorb that person's will too). The action would be on some Full Metal Alchemist/Avatar status. GLORIOUS!!!! Sorcerors always having a partner makes it pretty interesting, as well as the factions that are either pro Sacrifice/Salvation/or neither.

This Video for Soul Sacrifice Delta definitely makes me want one even more...

We can play tomorrow, maybe during the games?

The vid is awesome. An anime or even a movie would be incredible. I was really surprised by how well written the plot is and how interesting the world is.

Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!

My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/

My consoles: PS2 Slim, PS3 Slim 320 GB, PSV 32 GB, Wii, DSi.

Paying 200$ for that is too much

A small price to pay to play Type-0 on a Vita, just like you've always dreamed of doing!

lolz

I have to admit, that was so damn funny.

So Kylie, Vita actually did alright this month. I'm shocked BL2 did as well as it did.

Actually, I remember ubisoft talking about  reucing the clock speed on the Vita for AC3Liberation, to allow more gameplay time... this is nothing unusual...

"While much of May 2014's hardware growth was due to Xbox One and PS4, there was also year-over-year growth for the Wii U, and PS Vita," said the NPD Group's Liam Callahan.

No specific number, BUT Borderlands 2, eventhough it's an old game, was enough to push Vita sales a little bit. Goddammit SONY!!!!! Do you fricking realize now what the Vita needs!?
