I called Sony this morning in reference to a minor issue I had with my Playstation Vita (too systems linked to my account so I couldn't download movies) and the guy told me that there was supposed to be an updated list of PSP games that would work on the PSV. He told me to go to www.us.playstation.com to find the list. I couldn't find it, though. Anybody have any idea? I want to play some Hot Shots Tennis on that OLED screen!

Don't see it in the Neogaf thread, but this what I use for my lock screen wallpaper.

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.

Currently playing:

Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

Got a retro room? Post it here!

Anyone play Hot Shots Golf on this yet?! It is soooo much fun. I live on that game right now.

Me. Prefer Hot Shots Tennis though - the RPG-like elements have more impact on the gameplay and there's more of a story, there's not so much of that in this Golf one, so it feels a bit hollow. Also, having to get all but one of the stars to progress is pretty bloody harsh, I dunno if I'll ever be able to complete it. But yeah, it's definitely fun.

Is Hot Shots Tennis currently compatible with the vita?

I'm not sure sorry, my version of Hot Shots Tennis is a UMD not a PSN download.

The answer is "no".  I downloaded it to the PS3 right before I got my Vita and I can't port it to the Vita.  Sucks since that was my #1 PSP game of all time!

Shoot, I was going to buy it if it was. Hopefully they beef up the compatibility soon.

Wow, customer service sucks...

Called Gamestop and they won't take it back since I didn't pay them for a warranty... the thing isn't even 7 days old...

Called Sony and they said they will fix it, but the time from shipping to getting back to me would be 3 weeks or more...

That is some fucked up shit. I asked why they can't send a replacement unit first and then when it is recieved I just send mine. She said "Well sir, we can't prove that the unit was defective."

I got annoyed when she said that and I replied: "Are you serious? The system is less than a week old. What do you think I did, grabbed a flat head screwdriver and peeled the grip back myself because I was in the mood to inconvenience myself?"

She was going to set me up for the exchange and instead I told her that it wasn't very consumer friendly to tell me that I gave them $250 for me to wait almost a month to play what I purchased and told her i'll call her back.

Don't know what I should do now because fuck waiting 3+ weeks... They wouldn't even agree to do 2-3 day shipping both ways to help me out. For fucks sake, do they not understand the system is brand FUCKING new? Obviously the shit was defective. Help me out here Sony!

I wouldn't take your word for it that you will send it back. What if you were lying.

But I don't get the Gamestop thing: have to pay for waranty? Can you return it at least?

That's wierd. The PSV has a PSP emulator that can play any PSP game as far as I know. What's special about it that you can't transfere the downloaded game and you can do it with others?

You should be able to take the Vita back to Gamestop if it is defective. They have like a 7-14 day return policy. You will probably only be able to exchange it for another though. If not rip them a new one, and they'll cave eventually.
