Ys Seven is very similar to Ys Celecta in terms of looks and controls so it is a safe bet that you'll like it,  but I think you should try out out Oath. In Oath you only control Adol, It is more focused on dungeons and has challenging bosses that are real fun to fight. Oath also looks different than Celceta and Seven.

In the end, if you want to experience the same gameplay as Ys Celecta then go for Seven, but if you want to try out something a little bit different but awesome than try out Oath.

As much as I liked Seven and Memories of Celceta, I hope the next Ys goes back to being just Adol again.

I would suggest Seven, but, as NesFE told, it's quite similar to Celceta, and you might find yourself with a sort of double game. Better go for some more different Ys episode.
