On the support page looks like I am not alone with this issue of PS+ games not being free.

But these Unknow Characters..............HYPE!!!     Looks like the one sitting is the BOSS!!

The Accessory customization is really nice, first time I heard about it. So you have those main characters where you can't change their appearance and your accessory, where you can customize it. Nice. Game seems really robust!
Edit: You can customize your main character. Even better!

I have Little Big Planet and Tearaway to keep me occupied anyways so no issue waiting a bit on Gravity Rush.

It does. IIRC this month's Vita games are Malicious and Touch My Katamari.
