two bikini outfits. the one with the bonus was supposed to leave the store after a week or two after release but it never did so you might as well get that one.

Click on their descriptions.  Swimsuit DLC included with the "bonus" version; not in the normal version.

We haven't really heard anything about a price drop, but I've seen people post some really cheap vita deals here and on gaf(like 160$ cheap, or vita plus multiple games etc...). I think you should look for them, or maybe someone here can help.
