Yes, it a vita title. Some info stolen from gaf:

A few months ago, Idea Factory announced that they have signed a contract with Disgaea developer Yamamoto Masahiro. It will also be released for Vita on 2014 as a Compile Heart title. It will be announced on a game magazine this week.
Apparently the staff will have
Disgaea's Yamamoto Masahiro
Disgaea's Satou Tenpei
Neptune/Agarest producer Kochiwa Keiji
Monster Monpiece's Kitano Makoto
Mugen Souls' character designer NANAMEDAKEI.

Personally, I hope it's not an sRPG. Disgaea is already coming to vita and then there is the sRPG Neptune spin off. Anyways, we should see more from the game this week.

So we can expect to see it in 2015 in the west, then?  Excellent.

It's pretty interesting really.  Back in March last year, CH announced they were looking for a western publisher for Sorcery Saga & Monster Monpiece.  Fast forward a year; Aksys have already released Sorcery Saga and Monpiece is being published by CH themselves.  And Neptunia PP is in the pipeline for NISA too.

I hope they keep up this active push for western publishers.

I have it pre-ordered.  Doesn't release in the UK until Friday though, and after that I have to wait for however long Zavvi decide they're going to take to ship it.

I'd say it has no chance because it's full to the brim of licencing issues.

Like which issues? the only problem I see is if they decide to dub the game with the series that aren't subbed and the problem to bring all the voice actors together with the one that have... but a subtitled with original voices release is full viable option to Namco... again... look at JoJo...

 

And about SS, is totally full representative of the game... ifyou play the main story it doesn't get tedious, the story is quite engaging.. and have a great english dub I say. I really liked more the english voices than the japanese, and that's really something coming from me.... only for the story the game is already worth, but have a lot of others missions for multiplayer or play alone if you want...

 

and SSDelta is confirmed in the last triler to have the story of the firstgame, is a expansion so is obvious..  SS would have been a good excuse to be plus for 3 months at least... but by now, wait for the DELTA, I don't think it would take long to release here.. the first take less than two months...
