I'm hoping we're getting Fibre on my street in the next year or so, so from the PS4 the streaming in theory shouldn't be a problem. But yeah if they're thinking this negates the need to develop properly on Vita, they're sorely mistaken. Hopefully Tecmo-Koei etc will show there is a market still, but I don't think it will.

Why is everybody so gloom and doom about that? Or why would that affect deveopment of Vita games? Service will be very limited, in terms of countries in which it will be available this year and where you'll be able to use it. It's a neet bonus. But that's it. It's not really a substitute for anything. It's another "pay wall" that will hopefully generate cash for SONY.

Agreed. And the main purpose of a handheld is to play games outside of your home... in most cases, you have no fast WLAN available, so you can forget streaming.

When I'm at home, I have much better suited devices to play on.

Quick question. Is Thieves In Time directly related to any other Sly game or can I just pick it up and play it?

So glad to be told I'm wrong :D

They're released by Rising Star Games over here so I presumed Natsume was the developer and Marvelous was the Japanese publisher.

My inside sources tell me that even as we speak Marvelous is working on Harvest Moon: Friends of Titty Town, a rhythm game spin off for the Vita. Please look forward to it!

Your source is wrong, it is called "Titty Town all night"!

Well. We're in 2014 and the only confirmed Western 1st party release for Vita right now is God of War HD collection.

This time last year we knew about Tearaway, KillZone and Sly Cooper.

If its not their intention to give out the impression they plan to rely on streaming and remote play from here on out with indie titles to fill in the gaps, they're not doing a very good job. I've always been content with the sparse Vita lineup. But now that there isn't a single confirmed new 1st party title outside of Japan, I think we need another Mugen meltdown.

RIP Dad 25/11/51 - 13/12/13. You will be missed but never forgotten.

You forgot the PS Vita Pets, and Lemmings Touch... Are Invizimals out? There's also MLB 14...

WoW there's actually more of them then I thought!

I do get your point and I'm kinda hoping that something will evetually pop up. To be quite frank I would be very pleased if they actually ported games like Puppeteer and Into the Nexus to Vita. And I really don't get it why they decided to bring GoW Collection to Vita. Simply because it sold well on PS3, doesn't mean it will do the same on PSV. If they are in business of bringing the collections over they should have focused on Ico and SoC collection, Ratchet...

Thats actually a good idea. I think Puppeteer would actually sell way better on Vita than it did on ps3.

You can easily pick the game up and play. The story is self contained and even character relationships is explained. I really enjoyed Sly 4 on the vita, would definitely recommend it.
