Wouldn't it be like the first time Sony done that? Every time they released a new "Slim", "X000" model, the former model was phased out. Only time there were two PSP at the same time, one being the GO model, so hardly a replecement. Even now in my country there is only the E1000 Street model of the PSP even though it's a heavily stripped down version compared to PSP 3000 models, that may be due to retailers choice but I think that 3000 is not officially available in Europe anymore.

So until there is like clear confirmation from Sony, I say the OLED models will be replaced.

you are right, PSP300 WAS discontinued in Europe maybe in 2011, I clearly remember stores clearing stocks with discounts, went away FAST.

Looks like I'll be staying in here from now on, the forums are pretty awful right now.

Are there any more comparison pics of the Vita LCD vs OLED screen? I've only seen the Uncharted and Ragnarok Odyssey ones so far.

They are just haters really. People who want to play superior cause they think they bought the superior portable. If they had a Vita they would know its not like that. I love my 3DS and i love the games out for it. But if i could i would play them on my Vita. I want both systems to suceed. I wouldnt be saying this out loud if the 3DS was struggling, but the 3DS is a sucess now and i want the Vita to be one aswell. Those same guys make extremely partial lists to pretend theres lots of games on the 3DS but hardly anything on the Vita, when it not quite like that.

I think the problem with Nintendo Fans is not just a problem here.

You can go on any Amazon site(US/UK/Germany) and take a look at the ratings.As soon as someone dares to rate a nintendo exclusiv 1st party less than 4 Stars,he will be instantly attacked.Even 4 star ratings are consiedered blasphemic,they'll attack.you like a bunch of picmins.You won't see that with MSony games(except those with an extremly huge userbase Halo/UC).

The only difference:Nintendo Fans usually use more political correct words and tend to be less aggressiv .

Not always. I remember a vgc user writing a very good review giving Super Mario Galaxy 2 a 9/10 and getting slaughter by ninty vgc guys. One even called him the "r" word and didn't even get banned or get his post moderated. Good times. His only complaint was that it was very similar to the first one. Personally, I'm beyond tired of the double standards especially when they keep claiming that we're easily satisfied and that WiiU has better software, when they've never played a single game on an actual vita. I also don't understand how certain signatures are even allowed.

None that I have seen man. I guess for more proper comparisons we will have to wait until the system hits the JP market

 

Btw the cool thing about the Over My Dead Body 2 screens is the fact that SCEJ has sent different sets of screens to all the different media outlets :D I think that's a very smart and cool thing to do. Hopefully other devs will do the same in the future

I'd put money on the OLED Vita already having been discontinued. The fact the 3G model got reduced to the same RRP as the Wifi model stinks of clear out. Is the Walking Dead bundle $199 in the US now? I'm quite tempted to get that if it comes with a physical copy of the game as that has a 3G system and I'm in the states again in just over 2 weeks.

I know it sounds silly to avoid saying the word, but I know that people with family members who are mentally challenged don't like hearing or seeing this word thrown around all the time.
