Looks like the Vita version of Rayman has been delayed. Shopto say it's released on KillZone day now, GAME say it's actually coming out the week after that on the 13th.

It was always 13th September when you pre-ordered it on PSN. Did they ever say the exact release date for the psvita version?

Everywhere had it listed for the 30th of August day and date with the home console versions. Amazon still say 30th, but Shopto (said 30th the other day) have now changed to 6th of September and GAME to 13th (they also said 30th last week).

Quick question that will determine my decision to purchase:

Do you need to play Ys I &II, Seven, and the other PSP one to understand the story in Memories of Celceta? is this series like FF and Tales where each one is more or less unique to one another, or do they have a concurrent world and story?

Also, for all the complaints I've offered, Vita has a few real good games coming out this holiday, including Rayman, Ys, Killzone, and Tearaway, as well as multiplatform games. I think that may actually be one of the Vita's strengths, that it can play PS3 games with ease. It means it lacks exclusives, but it has a tonne of software, regardless. Rayman is a perfect example.

Seems like you can jump anytime on the series... but is a concurrent world as the others guys say.. and all games but Ys Origins (is on steam) are on PSP, and All in digital on the vita store if  I remember well... some are ps2 ports, and some other a reimagining/reboot of the originals like this Ys Celceta of tree is from the two original Ys IV on PCEngine?...

To be fair, the European Official magazines are far less "bought" than the 4-6 page adverts that the US Official magazines tend to roll out as reviews.

The US OPM is a very harsh critic - I know I've seen several instances of first games receiving scores lower than their MC average.

Sorry if AP: Fez on PS Vita.

More footage of Fez (probably not on Vita):

I just bought Splunkey. Tried out the demo and I really liked it. I recommend everyone try out the demo. Videos don't do the nice controls of the game justice.

And I know you all have been waiting for this sequel : Akiba Strip 2 announced for PS3/vita. You can see some gameplay of previous game here:

some info on the first game : In the game, the player will roam Akihabara and use a special cell-phone called Mirror Snap to identify Kaguyashi, vampires who walk the streets as regular people. The player will then have to defeat them by weakening them in close combat, and stripping them of their clothes, exposing them to the sunlight and killing them.

I just bought the Walking Dead bundle at gamestop. :3

Sounds good... specially the Strip part :)
