I think devs are waiting for Killzone to get finished. Sony is most likely going to give devs the game's code base to work off of (Unless Guerrila turned it into a full blown engine). Though I don't expect a relaunch until next year. That's when we'll see Assassin's Creed sequel, a proper Call of Duty, and maybe even Bioshock. Though unfortunately I can still see people bitch and moan about those games :/
