I don't think this has been posted, Phantom Breaker a 2d Scrolling fighting game is coming to PS vita. Here is the trailer for the xbox 360 version that was released some time ago.

Too bad it's digital only. I don't want to switch my account :(.

lol, I was planning to get another one a while back but I ended up buying too many games and still have some more to buy in the future (see my sig for future day 1 purchasesf), not to mention next-gen consoles/games *sigh*

Been playing Deathmatch Village a bit. Kinda fun for an hour or so, but gets pretty boring. Not too bad for a free 156MB download I suppose.

Now I'm replaying MGS :)

I hope that rumour about MGS VR Missions coming to PSN is true. I'm in the mood for it now :P

Gonna shop around and see how much I can find the HD Collection for now. Sadly it's not £10 on the Sainsbury's store like it was for Mike :(

Thank you, I didn't know that.  If it's coming from the Legacy Collection I see no reason why it wouldn't be on the store, you're right.  Twisted Metal Black was a pre-order bonus for Twisted Metal (PS3) but it was made available to everyone a few weeks later.  Same with Warhawk from Starhawk pre-orders.

Sony Computer Entertainment released some more information and screenshots of the PS Vita Exclusive action RPG Freedom Wars.

We learn that it’s possible to use the Thorn attached to each criminal’s left arm to temporarily incapacitate the enemy Abductors. The more criminals will take part in this action, the more it’ll be effective. The Thorn can also be used to swing between buildings like our neighborhood friendly Spider-man.

It’s also possible to use brute force in order to deal direct damage to the Abductors. To destroy their hard outer shell it’s necessary to use cutting weapons, and once it’s broken, it’ll be possible to rescue the civilian held inside.

Once the civilian is rescued, though, the mission doesn’t end. One of the criminals will have to carry the hostage back to the extraction point, while the others will have to protect him. The Abductors won’t be completely beaten yet, and will give furious chase. Only when the civilians are safe at the extraction point the mission will end with a success.

Below you can see a few new screenshots of the game, showing what’s described above. Unfortunately some are really small, but they’re still better than nothing.
