Everything that get's delayed release in EU will ahve bad sales. It's kinda a rule. I can only say this from my perspective, but shipping from either USA or Asia is less than 5€, so why wait if I can import it and play it right away.

It's not so simple, Tom.

The problem is that most of us europeans use european accounts. It would require an us PSN account to acces the multiplayer server. This wouldn't be a problem with games like Muramasa: Rebrith, but I feel that Dragon's Crown has been conceived to be played expecially in multiplayer, similarly to the GodEater/Soul Sacrifice/ Toukiden bunch of so called "hunting games".

And we all know what a pain is switching accounts and reformatting on the Vita :(

Because we want them to release these games in Europe still! A game being available in the US won't convince someone looking at a barren UK Vita shelf to buy the system. Plus there's plenty of other Vita games to tide us over. This was why me and Kresnik held off on Persona 4.

/highfive.

And I agree.  If I know a game is coming to UK/Europe, even months later, I'll hold off and buy that release.

It really sucks for me, i cant import games. WHERES MURAMASA DAMN IT.
also some of those games coming 2014 are still US only i think

If the game has on "on-line pass", multiplayer is probably region locked. If not, it probably isn't region locked. I don't think that Dragon's Crown comes with network pass.

The only reason for me to wait would be DLC (since DLC is region locked). But if DLC is cosmetic - without trophies, I wouldn't wait - I would import.

games with onlinepass aren't region locked... but the pass itself is it... you can't redeem a US online pass on a Eu/jp/Hk account, and you can't buy a pass for a game from another region...

So if you imnport a game with online You will not be able to use its pass unless you set an account for the same region of the game... Thanks our kat goddess that SONY and EA will not use pass anymore and probably more companies will follow this...

Hey guys. Do we have a release date for Ys? All i can find is "sometimes in fall" but i remember reading something about september when the localisation was announced. I really hope "fall" does mean september and not november, i want to play the game now...

That's what i was thinking as well but i can't seem to find real confirmation of that.

Retailers such as Gamestop initially listed it for September but XSeed haven't dated it yet.  It's a bit too late to be announcing a September release now imo; November seems more likely.
