How many vita games do you have in your library?

0-10 184 31.51%

11-20 109 18.66%

21-30 69 11.82%

30+ 215 36.82%

Total:577

The hell is Sony thinking? Jesus Christ.

They should at least try to bring some Japan titles over here, not like your audience has a lot of them anyways.
This is a situation where Sony should do what Nintendo's doing and start bringing some of that Japan support over. Indie titles aren't going to please people forever.

On a separate note, you guys think Vita's going to get a CoD again? The forecast has me thinking no. Man Western devs sure do hate handhelds.

I posted that picture in jest. They're all "moe" "anime" games (well AKB isn't anime) with niche appeal.

But only two of them are really visual novels.

Dragon's Crown preorder gets a 64 page art book. Hopefully it's 64 pages of the sorceress.

Well, wearing Band-Aids over your socks is pretty ridiculous...

I just remembered that I bought this game at launch and still haven't played it.

It's pretty clear the Vita needs a game lineup like Japan to start selling internationally:

Some of these look like visual novels.

Some of them are visual novel games.

I want that rhythm game over here.

This thread saddens me. I can't even come in here anymore without being harassed by morons who think that "Writing a review" means that I think I'm perfect or infallible. Or that I'm expected to please everyone (which is impossible). Or that having a negative opinion about a game somehow discredits my opinions. (Keep in mind, Game review is about having an opinion based on experiences.)

So yeah, some particular people are too ignorant to want to stick around. Doubly so since MUGEN is permabanned, and I so far don't like Soul Sacrifice, so needless to say I have nothing to say that wouldn't result in harassment.

MUGEN got PERMABANNED? WUUUUT?!!! I lay low for a couple of months and SHIT HAPPENS? DAMN!!!

Don't let it get to you buddy. Soul Sacrifice was supposedly to be the Vita's super savior, or at least help it out from the rutt its in. Unfortunately, its didn't turn out that way.

I hatted the Demo to no end. But I did end up picking up SS due to the fact that my internet sucks so much balls that it wouldn't let me download Atelier Totori. I was thinking, DAMN! This sucks so much balls!

I do agree with you that the story doesn't pull me in. I realy couldn't care less for what the crapers was going on, but the game itself got better. The demo gave you a good idea of what the game was like, but it made you feel like skills/spells sucks like no other. Fortunately, the full game offered more. Its like Ragnarok Odyssey or Gods Eater Burst or any other hunting games where the main fun lies in getting better equipment and gear to make your character as awesome as you can. In this case, you go around collecting spells and sigils and shit. The Divine/Chaos thingy is a good idea but I feel it could have been executed better. I mean, come on, sacrificing defense or offense for the other is kinda lame. Unlike other hunting games where you can build up your character to be both uber in defence and offense.

Anyways, I'm on chapter three of the main story now and for me, the story didn't get better, but the gameplay did. Try to stick with it a little, maybe a little more playtime may help your perspective more.

As for the bashing...meh...whatchagonnado? Its like me saying, "hey, coke sucks and pepsi rules and I get mobbed and stonned to death by coke people".

ummm....yeah....no....some of those look like graphic novels or dating sims or shit like that, something the west doesn't care about. RPGs and Muso games could help though. Now if only they'd bring those out of Japan...

Oh yea, I forgot...Senran Kaguro Shinovi VS RUUUUULLLLLES!!!!

But think about it, ever wondered what would happen if all those games do make it to the west? It could either do nothing or it could make a new market... no harm in getting more games out there to help out the Vita's sales.

You have complete freedom to do what you want and you create a balanced character with the dozens of neutral arm sigils.
