 I'd imagine thats the opposite personally - when you consider games like Wipeout HD and R&C:Quest for Booty got EU retail releases but not in the USA.

 I think Japanese type games just have less of an audience in EU, so it makes sense skipping the expense and hassle of giving the game a full EU release. I'll defo pick it up at some point provided it gets a good reception.

I believe that Gravity Rush will be retail, at least in the US. Also, got my VITA First Edition Bundle pre-ordered! :D

Also, plan on getting:

-Uncharted (at Launch)
-Gravity Rush
-Escape Plan (at Launch)
-Unit 13
-Little Deviants (with the bundle)
-Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 3 (at Launch)

Will wait to get others after a bit, like: Reality Fighters, Katamari, Rayman Origins, etc.

As for accessories I'll get the starter kit, the portable charger, the cradle, a 16GB and the things bundled in.

Yes it depends on the speed. A class 10 branded 32 GB card will run from 60$ to 99$ depending on the brand (in Canada). But you can have some obscure brand one at 40$-50$. That being said, SanDisk also make a high speed 32 gb sd card that retail for 299$. (http://www.futureshop.ca/en-CA/product/sandisk-sandisk-extreme-pro-32gb-sdhc-uhs-i-memory-card-sdsdxp1-032g-x46/10168046.aspx?path=ace219192775ee41bb9afdfb50b83963en02)

In the end, Sony cards are right on the price point of Micro SD card, meaning that if they had use Micro SD people wouldnt save much.

importing is no problem.

i live in germany, if i import the vita from the us it can actually be a little bit cheaper due to exchange rates.

games importing should also be about the same or a bit cheaper.

I imported almost every ps3 game from the us in the first few years, nowadays i import them from the uk for about a 30% discount.

I guess  with the vita i will go digital only with an us psn account.

Should not be that expensive(if not cheaper then buying from Sweden lol), Usually import from UK but might try US if their is a good site to import from.
