I will have to buy the same game twice....One time for me, and another time for my brother.
And buying Physical copies is expensive for me(I live in Latin America) and We don't have confirmation if there will be backwards compatibility on PSP 3 for physical copies.

Well do you in Latin America have psn store? And why not just play on the same account?

well it doesnt even make sense sharing a portable. from my point of view either of you should be resposible for their own gaming and you can always share phisical copies of games.
the backward compatibility has been adressed already, you'll have to pay a small amount to get a digital copy of the game you own in UMD. not an issue for me. from now on i'll buy digital and i plan on keeping my psp anyway for my UMDs.

Pretty much, this. I know maybe from a budget stand-point people can't afford two, but I'd hate to share a handheld.
By the way, does anybody know why none of the UK gaming websites seem to be selling the 32Gb Vita memory card?
it's miles ahead of what is available in the direct rival and does an adequate job. I won't be using it to take pictures much anyways, mainly will be used for AR

and Fiiiinaly some important information about some questions that have been floating around, from the man himself YOSH-San
"On why some PS Vita games (Lord of Apocalypse and Uncharted: Golden Abyss) disable Network features:
To conserve power. When a game wants to push PS Vita's HW performance, it asks to make choices of functions. As PS Vita has many functions, a game can choose diff combination or level of usage within power consumption budget.
On why Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 does not support the screenshot function:
To avoid spoilers, a game can block the function at any point of the game.
Shuhei Yoshida also confirmed that the Playstation Store is not IP-locked, meaning you can access the Japanese store in North America and vice-versa. He also mentioned that you won’t be able to view your trophies for Vita games on the Playstation 3 system."

that's what i mean when they say ''if a second person is using your Vita, it’s not just a case of switching out memory cards, it’s clearing out all of your saved data on the Vita itself when you do the factory reset'' so that mean we still able to use another account... no?
i'm not saying conbining all account contents into 1 account, i just wanna see how does it looks when we are changing another account...
btw, i don't really understand what they mean about ''it’s clearing out all of your saved data on the Vita itself'' saved data on the Vita?? thought Vita itself doesn't comes with a internal memory???
Gutted to hear that atm Vita trophies only appear on Vita consoles... hope Sony patch that as it feels a bit lame. I'm sure it'll happen, hope they give some more info soon.
