Well duh. Then we'll be even more surprised when they announce all the characters that are going to be announced just before launch... please...
No, but seriously, I know it 'matters' for so many people but I'm not that fussed. I got the characters I was expecting and hoping for (Jak, Ratchet, Sly & Spike). Anyone else would have made it better, but I can live without them. I don't understand why Sony weren't chasing down Activision for Crash and Squeenix for Cloud, but they'll come in DLC I'd hope.
And even if they didn't, I'd care more that the game is good, which I guess is what they're working on now.

if they are smart they will make at least some of the dlc characters free...but I doubt it
there is so much wrong with this overall...that if i start going after it will be one huge ass rant lol

They said that character like Crash Bandicoot would be free if they add them in DLC.
They're still working on other character.

When Brawl came out did we know every character beforehand? Personally I'm hoping/thinking they will keep the final few characters secret until people unlock them within the game. A few pictures show Kat or at least an unannounced character so either she will be in the game or it already has DLC ready.
