How are you liking it, now that it is available?

So far I'm loving it.  At the moment I've just downloaded 3D classics Excitebike and 3D Pokedex.  I've seen the 3D videos for Dead or Alive and Zelda OoT 3D, both looked fantastic in 3D.  The download times are similar to that of VC/Wiiware games I've found and the eshop seems really well laid out.  The VC atm is very limited (just Super Mario Land, Tennis and Alleyway), but I'm sure that over the course of the 8th gen it will be fleshed out and will be a comprehensive retro download service and hopefully include GBA.  The charts feature currently can't be used, due to lack of data, but I'm sure that will soon change.  I've also submit my review for SSFIV3D, the whole process is pretty much exactly the same for Wii games on the Nintendo channel (except that 'hardcore' has been replaced by 'intense').

The eshop has a lot of potential and I'm sure I'll make good use of it.

Its good it just needs more games is all.

It's easy to navigate and use. Load times could be a bit faster (yeah, I'm impatient...), but I won't complain.

I can't figure out how to watch videos. Where is that option at? I especially want to see the OoT trailer. Thanks for any help you can give.

Go to the e-shop, select the Zelda page and then choose a video to watch. (At least that's how it's done on the Japanese version of the e-shop.)

Hmm, the only thing I see on the the Zelda page are 3 screenshots at the top. Has anyone with a US 3DS been able to watch a video?

Shop is lacking, and the prices should be cheaper across the board. I'm happy it's available, but just like DSi, I'll probably be sticking with retail games again.

3 games available shows just how Nintendo is going to support this. No doubt it'll be 3 completely random releases a week and I'll stop checking after a month. The launch should have had at least 20 games available and preferably 50. That might change a little later today, another 3 random titles perhaps.

I don't see why I can't have my VC downloads available across both the 3DS and Wii. So much wasted potential. They should be grouping games in packs at a discount. Zelda packs, Mario packs, 1988 packs, Game Gear packs.

Browser, meh. If anyone finds any good 3d content to view, let me know. Zelda and DoA vids are underwhelming, show me Starfox and Mario Kart instead. They should have 3d trailers of anything and everything on there, instead they take off the 3d sample video which was probably the best display of 3d on the machine.

It's a good job Nintendo didn't have the 3DS out for holidays '10.

Screw 3rd parties and get multiplayer 2D Mario and the Kart out quick.

Is this what owning a Gamecube was like?

I just tried streaming a longer video (Game Center CX, Arino playing Excitebike 3D) and it stopped to buffer several times. Not good. (BTW, it's most certainly not because of my internet connection) Are the servers so overloaded?

No issues here-but I also got Super Mario Lamd for free and finding it difficult to use :s

But still, nice move! Here's hoping for good support and announcements in 2 hours!!!!
