Never drank. Grew up with an alcoholic so I seen the damage it caused.

Same thing happened to me, except the damage part (which is starting to show more now, though thankfully I no longer live with that person). I promised myself that I would never become a drunk.

I grew up with an alocoholic as well... frankly, he still is... now, that doesn't mean that I know how to control it - as such, I only drink at parties and the occasional beer.

Im not much of a lawbreaker... so... i've never been drunk...

Start sobering up slightly.

Notice that I'm covered in blood (all my own, I'm 99% sure, I sure was cut all over, pretty sure I just fell over several times)

It's getting very cold and I have no idea where I am, didn't bring my phone with me.

Decide that I'm in dire straights and to try to flag down a car and hitch and lift.

One passes a couple of minutes later, I stick my thumb out and just my luck, the car stops

Turns out to be a taxi

Taxi driver notices my covered in blood, shivering from the cold, says nothing, turns the heating right up and takes me home.

Nowadays I only get drunk 3-4 times a year, and even then I don't get all that drunk.
