Of course they fucking did, they say that shit about everything. Still getting the Epic though.

I LOVE paying for Xbox Live! I also love that my love for it pisses off so many people.

Honestly, can't anybody just release a video game anymore?  I know I can still buy the standard edition, but with all these different editions, downloadable content, retailer-exclusive downloadable content, one-time-use passcodes to play a game online, constant patching, re-releases with two extra chapters, and sometimes even having to pay to access content that's already on the god damn disc... What exactly is so difficult about putting a finished game in a box, with an instruction manual, shipping it, advertising it, and then starting on a new game?

Sorry, bit of a rant there, and not 100% related to your OP, it's just something that really bugs me.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

Tag, courtesy of fkusumot: "Why do most of the PS3 fanboys have avatars that looks totally pissed?"
"Ok, girl's trapped in the elevator, and the power's off.  I swear, if a zombie comes around the next corner..."

With extras like that I think I'll stick to the standard edition. I know in the past the Limited Edition gold plated items sold for lots of money on ebay. but I don't see Marcus's father skin selling for much.

BTW Amazon and Wal-Mart are giving $20 promotional credit for the standard games.

So thats only $40 for Gears of War 3 (cause you know your going to buy another game anyways so your paying $40 don't give me that $60 and $20 credit crap).

It's just that simple.

Honestly who wants a medal for a video game character?  Gonna wear it?  No that would be stupid.  Gonna put it on display when it isn't even for a real person?  Equally as stupid.

People wear videogame t shirts?

That's the gaming industry these days, money, money, money, money! But, seriously, what industry isn't banking on a high Pay Check with each new advancement?

As much as I enjoyed the Gears beta all just stick with the overpriced $60 one, thank you.
