Forums - Sony - PSN is back up in the UK and most (if not all) PAL territories

Supposedly signing out blocks you out from signing back in again.

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

I signed out, and when I tried to sign back in I got an error message. It didn't happen the 2nd time though.

And I just did the most epic sniper kill on COD4, feels so good to be back =).

Is PSN down again? I cant get online

I am having the same issues, coming up with the error again and PSN back offline ah well, back to gaming as managed to sync my trophies earlier all 71 of them since PSN went down so not too bad lol

PlaystationEU's twitter says its due to high levels of traffic which is a shame, l thought they were getting ahead of themselves by bringing the store back aswell lol.

back up in Australia just redid the pasword and synched the trophies

The email issue is just for accounts that never downloaded content.

"If using a PS3, your password can only be changed on your own PS3 (or a PS3 on which your PSN account was activated), as an added layer of security. If you have never downloaded any content using your account on the system, an email will be sent to the registered sign-in ID (email address) associated with your account when you first attempt to sign-in to PSN. This e-mail will contain a link that will enable you to change your password. In this email, click on the link and follow the instructions to change your password. Once you have changed your password you can sign-in to your account using your new password."

Thanks for providing that, though I'm unsure what is going on in my case.

I have downloaded content from my account and no longer have the PS3 I created my account on. Damn email still isn't being sent.

Hugely annoying. This was 8 hours ago that I first attempted to log on when it wold me that an email was being sent.
