You know what sucks?

We were having alot of fun last night and then these people came and ruined it..

You know what? Enjoy life, son. You are like 16? Can you take care of a fam right now? Maybe - but get out, see the world - travel - don't worry, the women will come later. Right now, just sit back and enjoy the ride.

Young folks don't really want to be *alone.* Being single has its advantages - and disadvantages. But seriously, being content rocks. You learn soooo much about yourself. Forget your peeps that have GFs ... you aren't missing much. Several folks that hook up in high school don't stay together anyhow because you change sooooo very much in your 20s.

Trust me - I'm in my mid 30s and have been around the block more than enough times.

And one other thing - get away from the PC/Mac/consoles and just enjoy life!

In all seriousness, Leo-J, I was being truthful. Lil man, I missed out on a lot of fun in my early years of high school and college trying to be the man, and impress folks who didn't care about me. It wasn't until I was a junior in college that I started living life for me. Now? I love life. I love my wifey and kiddies. But I tell young bucks and ladies to live life to the fullest. GFs are ok - and having companions is cool - but you will go a lot farther if you are focused on school/career path at a young age. I know several folks who focused on their career path and guess what? They succeed and easily make in a month what I make in a year.

And honestly, girls are kinda confused in their late teens - early 20s. Boys are screwed up too, but at 18, boys know enough to get shipped off to Iraq. Girls too, but mostly boys are the ones fighting on the frontlines.

You have years ahead and wasting it trying to find someone instead on focusing on a recipe for success is futile. You'll see later on. All of your exes will be memories anyhow.

Enjoy your life - see the world - and let the girls be. Don't try and figure them out right now - they are going to change. Let them do their changing then holla. And you'll be more ready than you are right now.

Life is more than a PS3/360 and a Wii ...

I don't know you, but I know one thing I share with young guys - and that's my love for the opposite sex. However, someone told me this once - and I never forgot it.

"You'll live more of your life married than single."

I didn't think about that statement until after I was almost finished with college. I wish I would have just enjoyed the journey and had a blast.

I didn't married until 5 years after college - and I explored Costa Rica, Mexico and all over the U.S. I had tons of fun on road trips - but I still was prowling for the ladies. Then, it hit me - it will all fall into place. You can try and rush it, but it won't help matters. The ladies are an interesting creature - and after I finished school, was doing my thing, I was meeting girls with vision - they had a plan - I had a plan and it would be on.

As you expand your horizons, you'll meet tons of women - of all shades and backgrounds - and you'll literally have your pick of some of the hottest and smartest women around.

Trust me, even if you are an ugly mug, you'll still have your pick.
