So VGC had the 3DS at 325,249 in the Americas.  That'd be around 283k in the US.  Pretty substantially overtracked.

Portal 2 Xbox 360 version outsold PlayStation 3 version by more than 60 percent.

Microsoft pretty much always lists console only top 10's.  Odds are one of the Pokemon games would have knocked off something like Michael Jackson.
