As far as we know Pakistan's nuclear arsenal is unassembled, as is India's. They exist, just in a deconstructed state which means that they couldn't flatten a country on a 15-minute whim like many of the other nuclear powers, it would take some time for them to compile their arsenal. A fast and thorough strike would paralyze Pakistan's ability to wage nuclear war

Since when is telling truth offensive?

Compare the amount of suicide bombings done by muslim terrorist versus terrorist organisation of other orgin.

If you need further proof just look at first Iraq war where Iraq responded to agression from coalition by dropping warheads on Israel cities.

i think the pakistani prime minister is probably a decent guy.  i think he wants to fight terrorism.  i think these statements are statements he has to make(to appear strong internally). 

but there is definitely a lot of corruption and terrorist sympathisers/supporters at many levels of the government, military and intelligence.
