Well, keep it in production, thats one.
Two, establish a competent 1st party release schedule. This process will begin with OOT 3D in mid-June and wil be followed with new and exciting content going forward.
Three, drop price after 18 months, or 1 month before Project Cafe launches.
Four, release the 2D Mario and an exclusive 3D Pokemon.

3ds doesn't need to be saved. when the games will come (and they are coming, it's only a matter og weeks now) it will start selling.

Thats pure genuis on the part of Nintendo.
Usualy a new system kills the last gen one.

It doesn't need saving. There hasn't been one big title from Nintendo for it yet. As soon as they either put Mario Kart or Bros. on it, everyone and their brother will buy it. Just think about how many they've moved with so little of compelling software. Some of the games thus far are not bad, but none of them are truly system sellers. Nintendo will dominate this Christmas. Watch and see!
Release games?
You´re talking like if the 3DS was in a real problem. Too soon.

as others have already said, with a few good games I think it'll pick up later in the year. Plus at the moment many parents wallets are still recovering from last christmas time.
Both the original ds and the wii launched later in the year and were snapped up during the christmas rush. I have a feeling the machine will be more heavily promoted around november to december. It definately needs to be promoted, as many people I know either don't know it exists at all, or just think it's another redesigned ds. In the past nintendo have been able to rely on word of mouth to promote their products, but I don't think that's anymore.
I don't think it's gonna sell like hotcakes in this era (I'm with some of those who believe iPhones etc will cut into portable sales...though I don't think it's gonna be as big a cut as some people are ready to believe) ...but I do think the 3ds will ultimately do well. It's a nintendo handheld ffs!!! If it fails cosmic balance will become unstable and the universe will implode!!!
