I'd also include Devil May Cry 5, Max Payne 3, Saints Row 3, and Treyarch's next Call of Duty.

Yeah, I kinda left off western stuff.  No doubt EA/Activision/Ubisoft/Rockstar/THQ/the-rest will be itching to hit those port switches.

I'd be wary of Electronic Arts. I can guarantee a Madden and a Need for Speed from them; the yearly iterations. However, the Dead Space/Mass Effect type things I am skeptical about.

Oh, no doubt.  I don't trust EA any farther than I could throw them.

Ports of back catalog games really shouldn't be any sort of priority for Project Cafe.

The main advantage of having a platform on rough parity or better than the PS3 or Xbox 360 would be for the purpose of simultaneous releases for the major game franchises that largely only appeared on the PS3 or 360 previously.

Frankly, only a die-hard Nintendo fan who deliberately skipped both the PS3 and 360 would be terribly interested in playing ports of games that may be years old that they weren't able to play when new because it wasn't on the Wii.

I agree new multiplatform releases are mostly what we're going to see, but there's still an opportunity there for older ports of bigger brands.  I mean Activision pushing out say a Modern Warfare Collection (including MW1 & 2 plus various DLC) at launch to lead into MW3 wouldn't exactly be a bad thing for extra sales and userbase building.  I don't expect "years old" ports from anything but maybe the absolute biggest franchises, though I think lots of recent 2011/2012 games are probably fair game for launch window.

Also, there are plenty of people out there who never bought a PS3 or 360, it's not exclusively Nintendo die-hards who'd be buying here.  Especially in Japan.

Haze: Because I would lol

Resident Evil 4 HD edition: Because I would lol harder

Final Fantasy XIII Versus: Lol to the max

Based on Capcom comments about the licensing agreement with Marvel I don't see MvC3 getting a port.

lol. That's because it's going to get Super MVC3 (and so are 360, PS3, NGP and maybe even 3DS).

Capcom cannot even make alt costumes without new agreement with Marvel and you think Wii2 will get an enhanced port of the full game?

If Capcom could make Tatsunoko v Capcom happen, licensing wise, certainly they can make that happen, since it would probably sell a good deal, being worth Marvel's trouble (as opposed to pointless alt costumes)

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

No, I think all systems will get an enhanced port of the full game.  Try actually reading what I write, it'll do wonders for your comprehension.

Good list, though NCL and Team Ninja have gotten close, I doubt Ninja Gaiden 3 will be exclusive...a timed exclusive at best, but depending on when the game is releasing, I think chances are the game will be released on PS3/360/Cafe on the same day.

OPM just had a chat with Yosuke Hayashi, and he was all on about how they're going to silence their critics with the PS3 version. So PS3 version confirmed, and there's not a chance in hell NG3 misses the 360.
