Good point, scepticism, I like it. Just a thought. Did you happen to look into when the photo you posted was made? Did you find out who made it? Because I swear I saw it some time ago, long before he died.

But the only site I can find where that photo was posted before yesterday is currently down (I'm assuming it's related to the amount of traffic or something). Here's what I reckon, there are no photos released yet and that photo that has been photoshopped is from some guy's blog that has been used a lot today, and has nothing to do with the US government.

Why you guys can't simply celebrate the death of Osama and Kadaffis? You don't have to burn a doll for that or go to White House, all you should do is showing some respect to democracy and its recent victories over the globe. If Bin Laden wasn't dead, he could now very easily embarass the US government by simply releasing a video of him with today's newspapers, discussing his "death". Certainly Obama isn't stupid enough to risk that.

So I'm pretty sure Bin Laden is dead. At most conspiracy theorists could doubt the date and cause of his death...

edit - or I guess you could say he was otherwise captured or severely incapacitated. That is possible, though it also seems risky to lie about it.

That would be an ideal way to get him to show himself, claim he's dead loud enough that he'll have to counter-claim, and then you can backtrack his proof, then kill him

I don't think any politician would risk being embarassed by doing that.

Besides, Bin Laden has already put out tons of videos since 9/11, and it doesn't seem that they were a major help in tracking him...

Oh noes, tin foilz! Yes, media often uses photo editing from simply cropping something to give you a right perspective to heavier photoshopping and even govs do so, but honestly I don't care. They do what they must do. You can't deny that the death is one of the greatest democratic victories this year besides Arab Spring. Now, bring down the rest of Kadaffi family and Ahmidejad and we're all good for the whole decade xD
