I have always checked my bank statements online, at least 2-3 times a day. It drives my lady nuts when I ask her things like : "What did you spend $25 bucks on today?". 

Other than that I am glad I got this free month. I needed to transfer copy protected saves from my 60GB to my new 160GB. I already started playing games so I didn't want to do a system transfer. I had to buy Plus anyways, but I am too cheap to drop the $18 to pay for a 3 month trial. I keep stalling.

Plus I get to keep the Killzone 3 DLC. I wanted that too, but was too cheap to buy it either.

I saved $23 bucks.

Could this mean the long waited for remake of (and I doubt anyone will get this reference) Kabuki: QF?!

I personally think that this whole fiasco will result in Sony and its  user-base to develope a stronger relationship. I think Sony had a major eye opener in all of this and in the end will result in them being a better company. They've learned from everything that has happened (hopefully) and in the end, I think will help change how the PSN operates from here on out.

I stuck through everything and never even considered being one of those babies talking about how he wants to switch consoles simply due to the competition having their network be operational during all of this. I have a preferred console for various reasons and don't plan to change that because of cyber terrorists.

Sony is truly lucky to have such loyal followers. wow! really. Hopefully we will be getting some good updates and some free stuff so I will forgive sony for that.

I'm glad this is ending well. I was worried about Sony's image in general, but damn, that bowing at the conference......didn't think such a simple way of apologizing would have such a positive effect on people.

I hope they hope they really make it obvious to everyone that they're getting a free 30 days of psn , since not everyone reads forums/etc. I'm sure people will enjoy it.
