I personally think that this whole fiasco will result in Sony and its user-base to develope a stronger relationship. I think Sony had a major eye opener in all of this and in the end will result in them being a better company. They've learned from everything that has happened (hopefully) and in the end, I think will help change how the PSN operates from here on out.
I stuck through everything and never even considered being one of those babies talking about how he wants to switch consoles simply due to the competition having their network be operational during all of this. I have a preferred console for various reasons and don't plan to change that because of cyber terrorists.
