Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

Just popping in to tell you that you're not allowed to put in curse words such as fuck, shit, bitch, etc into the Thread Title. That's a rule here at VGC.

honestly i think there are worse things then putting bitch in the topic title...

plus alot of things that aint allowed on here, take place anyway ,thus i can't be bothered changing it even if i could

did you put the wireless card in before you installed the drivers...

Some wireless cards require you to install the drivers before you insert the card... or else it won't work. If I remember it was linksys cards specifically... and that's dumb :-/

Also, there's gotta be a way to use ethernet... you can't use that, or don't have that?

When are you going to come back and troll the forums Kirby?

at the bolded yes thats why i curse at win 7 because i did it on my previous one and it did its job

and no ethernet cuz i live in a little attic and would need - 50ms of cable to get the cable  tidy

but ty anyway:) might have to move it next 2 the router and try if that works

what wireless card are you using. I stupidly updated to windows 7 before checking if my wireless card had recieved an official driver for windows 7 64bit and it didn't. I had to search through the internet to find a third party driver, which was not certified by windows 7, so I had disable the driver signiture enforcement every time i booted the computer. Eventually after more time wasted surfing through the internet, I found a way to disable the driver signiture enforcement permanetly. I would just say buy a wireless card compatible with windows 7. You can get one for under $30 and it will save you a lot of hassle and potentially compromising your computer.

^ that is also a good solution, but not giving up yet hehe

found out the manufacturer actually did update the drivers so the card can be used with win 7

so putting that on a usbdrive, i wonder if win 7 updates also can be transported with a usb drive?

I am pretty sure you can transport windows 7 updates with a usb drive, but once you put the driver update on the usb, that probably won't be needed unless it doesnt work.
