I'm trying to connect to the shop channel to buy DankNight_DS a game since we are gift buddies, but I keep getting the Error Code: 209600. I went on Nintendo to see what I may do to fix the problem, but nothing worked. Any ideas on what I should do?

when this happens to me too i usaully do test connection and then it works

 I did a test connection, and nothing happend.

then what about user agreements maybe you have the wii shop channel disabled

yeah i have been having the same problem

 It's not my first time to use the shop channel.
