Also confirmed for Europe, according to UK magazine NGamer! They listed it with a Spring 2012 date in the magazine, and then clarified the news on their forums when asked about it.

enjoyed the PS2 version, will definitely be getting the 3DS version(best tales game imo)

Seriously, knowing Scamco and the fact the original PS2 version was never localised I didn't have my hopes up. This is a good way to start the morning
