Am I reading correctly that Nintendo shipped ~1.4M Wiis and VGC has their total sales at ~2.6M Wiis (not sure on the dates in the hardware table)?

I knew it was overtracked after Q4 but still 2M shipment looked likely.

Yes you do both NDS and Wii at end of march in VGC are at the same level as total Nintendo shipments for them.
edit: Also Nintendo wants to ship 120 milion software units for Wii in 2011 when they shipped below 90 in 2010 ?

They shipped 171.26 million this past FY.
And yeah, Wii is overtracked here, by at least 500k units.
