These are all great franchises, I'm not sure I what the 5th should be, but Infamous (no franchise yet), Assassin's Creed (bad first game), Motorstorm (2 good games, 2 bad) would make a chance.

I understand that's it's about IP and not franchise, but I prefer not to put a single game in here.

i would put both bioshock and portal on my list but had already put down 5 lol

SInce it seems there is some demand for DS / PSP lists what I'll do to make it easier on me when counting votes is, make either a seperate list for handhelds besides your main consoles list. Or make only a handheld list. When I make my results thread I'll include a seperate section for the handheld IP's.
