I watched a HD video of the BETA being played, Gears 3 does a lot right, but textures aren't one of them. Epic seem to be focusing on the animations, particle effects, framerate, colours and lighting over things like textures. They do have time though and it's not like textures are too hard to adjust, but I think Epic wants this game to run as well as it looks, which is a better approach if they want it be faster paced.

You should probably stop posting those gifs, someones going to eventually report you for being non progressive and throwing insults at other posters, you don't want that to ruin your young VGChartz career. You could actually try and have a proper argument with someone using facts, common sense and logic, people might take you more seriously in the future.

 



Bet with Conegamer and AussieGecko that the PS3 will have more exclusives in 2011 than the Wii or 360... or something.

I didn't realise that Gears of War 3 and Uncharted 3 were being released on the PC, I was under the impression that a thread discussing console games would continue to discuss console games. I also think it does, I also think that God of War 3 is visually superior to all the games you mentioned and even the ones I mentioned, but that wasn't a part of the original conversation and it wasn't a part of this thread, so I avoided bringing it into the conversation, unlike what you and that other guy did with Killzone, Crysis and Metro.

I'm more intersting in how can Epic could show us the Gears 1 style with enhancement... Gears 1 is Epic (LOL Epic) but Gears 2 not so much.
