Played it, finished it, 7 hours and a half. Not worth the $45. Original portal was that long for a much lower price.

Otherwise, the game is just as awesome as Portal was.

What are your thought on the puzzles compared to the original?

They've surely been dumped down because of slow console gamers.

Not really, but playing with PS3 owners is the most annoying thing imaginable. The exact same reason why I want to play deathmatch games with them is a reason why I don't want to play co-op with them, Communication is also extremely annoying.

They were better obviously. But for the original I paid $50, and I got TF2 and Episode 2 as well. This is just a lot less value compared to the orange box. The campaign should have been at least twice its size. Both single and co-op.

Short of a developer packing $100 bills into the case, every game is a bad value compared to Orange Box. It's not really a fair comparison.

I agree, and I'm not putting it up against the Orange Box directly. However for the price I would have liked something a little over 15 hours. I am of course also ignoreing things like Dragon Age and Neverwinter which would easily take me 60 hours to finish. I remember spending around 15 hours going through DOOM 2 and Quake 2, and those were games from the mid 90s. I don't see 15-ish hours of gameplay as an unreasonable amount to ask for. The co-op too is extrmeely fun but once you have it done it's basically over. It also ends just as it starts getting trully interesting.

Edit: I really wanted to express how much I am in favor of developers packing $100 bills in my game cases.

This is insane. I'm tempted to put my jacket on and drive down to a 24/7 Wallmart... if 24/7 wallmarts exist that is.

Picked up a copy today for ps3. Wasn't planned but things just happened. Having fun :)

this game is great. best 50 i spent, the Wheatly chracter is worth the price of admission alone, thats what games are missing these days, humor. I might have to start watching the Ricky Gervais show.

OK cool. Thanks for sharing your opinion.

wtf Valve, why are you like the best developer ever? I love Portal 2, it was god damn amazing. If it is not GOTY I will lose all faith in the game media.
