Most major retailers, including Gamestop, Amazon, Bestbuy, ToysRus and Target have slashed the Wii’s price to $ 169.99, a $30 drop from its previous price of $199.99. Engadget had reported that the Wii will be getting a price cut in May, down to $150. Various reports also suggest that Nintendo’s set to announce Wii 2 at this year’s E3.
