This is way off topic, but Europe doesn't hold the monopoly on that.  I think every continent, except Antarctica, is guilty of those things at one time or another.  Also, 400 years is way too low.

lol As a disclaimer the most fun I had during vacation was with a couple of Swedish people in Gran Canaria. And 2 months ago I was in Stockholm. But the "we are holier than you" attitude of our scandinavic neighbours sometimes gets on the nerves. sry

 Well, good for you, and why should you hate Sweden or even any part of Europe, we sign the Kyoto-agreement, we don't invade underdevoloped countries, we don't have a killingrate100xhigher then anyone else, we have free healthcare. You don't though, so maybe, just maybe, that's the reason I hate your country and what it stands for? I'm not saying I hate Americans, I'm saying I hate the leadership of the country and that Americans should stand up and protest against it and if they don't they are just ignorant and don't see that they could have it so much better if they just demanded it..

 Well, where did I say Sweden didnt have problems? Ofcourse it does, I'm not stating I live in a perfect country, we have huge unemployment rates among 20-25 years-old for example, we have a pretty crappy tax-system if you want to start your own buisness among other problems, racism is just bullshit, ofcourse we have it, but its really a very, very small problem for us. We don't live in a nanny state either, we arnt run by socialists anymore, so our leadership is rather going away from that then going towards it.. But all those problems are minor if you compare it to America, atleast in my eyes..

Funny you should mention astronomic suicide rates when the suicide rate is higher in Germany than in Sweden.

If you had read anything about the case you would have known it's about Microsoft keeping 3rd party software developers  (say Winamp or Firefox) from having access to the system. IE and Media player are not allowed to be pre-installed to give other companies a change.
