This! fifty times. It's the way the free world works. If a law stops you from seling on your original dics (a tangible object) to protect the developers and publishers market, where does it stop? Then every manufacturer of whatever can claim this right.
People sell their old cars to help buy a new one. Many, many people sell their old games to finance the purchase of new ones. It's a vital cycle and everyone benefits.
