What people of little intellect stend to ignore is that an economy and the flow of money is a cycle.
If someone sells something they previously bought, they get more money to buy new things.
If you take away the right to resell things, consumers have less money to buy new things, hence companies will sell less. Also, the shorter the chain of distribution, the fewer people are involved in the economic process, the fewer people earn money to participate in an economy. That's why physical copies of games are better than digital downloads in several regards.
Unfortunately, those same ignorant people who think that reselling used stuff is somehow "evil" (it's really the oposite) won't read/comprehend this post.
