yep, if you look at the box art is say move "compatible" not "required" which is the tip off to you.

Yes, it is the exact same as a normal version of Heavy Rain, think of it more as a game of the year edition than anything else

btw theres an update for every version of heavy rain to allow for move compatibility, every heavy rain has move compatibility after update, the only difference is the box saying move compatible
