Yeah, I figure a game like that would go unoticed by yourself. Nevermind that it's an excellent game that will be played compeititvely for years to come. Can't say that about any of the MK games, really.

Pertal 2 mostly because I'll be able to play with my brother who only has a PC. But SOCOM4 is looking good and I don't have a true TPS in my collection yet (though of course the combat in Uncharted is TPS). So it's on my list of probably buys too.

Portal 2 (PC) all the way. The original was incredible, and the sequel looks to be better in every way (not least, in campaign length and multiplayer).

I still doggedly hold onto the belief, however, that those who preordered on Steam will get the game tomorrow. Come on, Valve!

There are much bigger days coming this year.

Mk could do 1 mill first week, Portal could get VERY high scores ... SOCOM and Conduit don't really make it anything special though.

Portal 2 I will buy...MK, not so sure, but likely. All the footage I've seen looks awesome.

SOCOM 4...I don't know. Perhaps when it gets a price cut.

MK2 and UMK3 are still played competitively. How long has it been ? 15-17 years since their release ?

Anyway, this new MK game has been approved by EVO ..and will be a playable game in their toruney. I'm a believer that anything can improve...MK games in the past may have been unbalanced, and the more recent ones (in the 3D fighting plane) have been shitty...yes...but this one is a definite return to form. I have 100000% faith in NRS.
